Eva Gutsche, MBA, founder of STEM Consulting and Marketing Inc., has over 20 years experience in the Hospitality Industry and has worked extensively as a facilitator, trainer and consultant in the Canadian market.

Her areas of expertise are in Sales & Marketing, Reservations, Customer Service and Revenue Management.  STEM also provides a number of business development services through its associates.
